| Team America Slams Larsen, Endorses Koster |
|
March 17, 2010 -Team America, a political action committee dedicated to securing our nation's border, enthusiastically endorse John Koster for Washington's Second Congressional District. According to Team America Chairman Bay Buchanan, "John Koster will provide a much needed vote against amnesty and for enforcing our immigration laws."
Koster is running against Rep. Rick Larsen. Rep Larsen has amassed a terrible pro-amnesty record in Congress. According to Buchanan, "Rick Larsen is a leader in the pro-amnesty movement. He has co-sponsored 6 amnesties during his career, and never voted against a single amnesty."
Buchanan notes that the immigration control watchdog Numbers USA gives Larsen an F grade for his votes on amnesty.
"By sending John Koster to Congress we will replace one of the worst pro-Amnesty Congressmen in the House with a leader that we can depend on to fight amnesty!"
Team America is a Political Action Committee founded by former chair of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus Tom Tancredo that is dedicated to opposing amnesty and controlling our borders.
In addition to serving as Chairman of Team America, long time conservative activist Bay Buchanan is a commentator for CNN and president of the conservative educational foundation The American Cause. She previously served as Chairman to her brother Pat Buchanan and Tom Tancredo's presidential campaigns and a senior advisor to Mitt Romney. Buchanan was treasurer to Ronald Reagan's 1976 and 1980 presidential campaigns and served as US Treasurer during his first term.
